Tom and his team are rare breed of honest contractors and treated project with a highest level of care. I’ve never seen someone put in as much thought into small details as this team, they had THREE separate plastic walls to contain the dust from the work they were doing. Not cheap flimsy plastic, I’m talking high quality thick plastic with an industrial zipper to provide as good a seal as it could. Everyone promises to be “on time” and “on budget” but Tom does exactly that. They spent an entire day just prepping my house for the renovation, making sure things were sealed, secured, and safe before any work started. There’s no question that I would hire Tom again in a heartbeat the next time I need some work done around my house. I’ve actually recommended them to any friend or family that is asking for a good contractor.

We decided to have Vortex do more significant work with painting most of the house and some other things. It has again been great. Nice professional workers who arrive on time and clean up each day. Tomasz is on site once or twice a week but always available via text or phone call and responds almost instantly. The work is about 2/3 complete now and it looks wonderful!
